    I have a Lariat lux. I thought it smelled like melting crayons. It took a couple weeks, now smell in almost gone, no where near as bad.

    I was going to get mine at Bob Bell since I live very close to them but decided on Apple because they guarantee the engine power train & free oil changes for life.

    The guy I know did get his truck back. They replaced a sensor, I don't know yet what sensor. But he said it's fine now.

    mpb, The guy that I know that has his Mav in the shop still has no answer. It's been a couple of days and he still hasn't heard back. They did give a loaner car. And this is someone I know thru a friend.

    Good question, the ford pass points was a question I forgot to ask dealer about. I even bought a dash cam that cost $550 installed and still am showing zero points.

    My Lariat , Lux , FX-4, Pilot 360 came in on the 3rd ordered on 8/24, picked up on the 7th only cause it was my next day off. So far no issues to speak of. Today I put on Matte black raised reflective vinyl letters on the tailgate, picked up on Etsy, looks way better.
