I retired 30years from an auto factory, several model changes were just a skip in the line. I h ave no clue what Ford will do.

@Ford Motor Company could make a lot of points towards good customer relationship if they found out why our trucks are not shipping.

It appears they cannot , a large number of early August production is in the same situation. Customer service seems to give as much information as anyone. Look at posts under " Any August build dates "built" or "shipped" status yet? .

My " Theory" , the scanner at demarcation point for shipping was down for first two weeks of August. All trucks are loaded and will show up next week. No alcohol was involved in this conclusion😌

I've asked two on two different threads that shipped recently if they had a hitch, we'll see if they have. I called CS today no change, they say waiting on shipping and don't see any hold.

Just talked to customer service, no change, they said they have worked as c.s. for six months and have never seen the word ' built' used as a description for status. Still week of 09-12 eta.

Could be , with this many you would think Ford could tell us.

Could just be the last bit of air escaping from the system.

There is an 08-19 production already shipped so maybe something else?

Watched last episode of LongMcarthur and he still had about 30 October orders waiting for schedule. Looks like a lot of us produced in July early to mid August have some type of hold , anyone figure it out left me know.

Do you know your " Secondary Status", mine seems to be on hold too. No change since 08-15.ordertrack says 397 in same status this evening.
