I'm curious. Isn't the ESP transferable? Just wondering why you didn't transfer the policy or does the transfer go with the car if the car goes from one owner to another? Am planning on getting the ESP, and probably from Flood unless my dealer matches it, but I've never had the ESP before. Thanks.

Maybe check your paperwork to see if it can be cancelled in the first 30 or 60 days. I think the Flood one says on its site that you can cancel within 60 days.

Do you have to have Scheduled Maintenances performed at a Ford dealer for the ESP to cover an issue down the line or can you just do oil changes and tire rotations and be covered if some covered ESP issue comes up in the future? Thanks.

To answer your question, the Total Options/Other is the total of the actual cost of the options on this particular vehicle that are listed on the sticker in the left column. This is normal and has nothing to do with any possible Dealer Markup.

The stickers on the side of the Maverick that you might be thinking about are FX4 which is an off road package. That is different from AWD (all wheel drive).

The second email you receive from Ford will have a build date. Our email came early in December that shows our Maverick has a build date the week of February 14, 2022. Hope this helps you understand the Ford process. It's new to most of us!
