The frunk on my wife's upcoming Mustang Mach-E has drain holes. Also indents to put cups if I remember right. They REALLY want us to put ice in there...
Same here. I also happen to live in one of the worst traffic areas in the country.
I saw so many posts complaining about lack of cruise being a deal killer for the XL I figured, "Maybe I'm using cruise wrong since so many people think it's a necessity." So I tried using it and was reminded in...
I kind of think one reason we might experience delays is we're in California, which has a ton of the hybrid orders. I would figure that logistically it would be better to build as many trucks going out to a certain location within the smallest time frame so you can load all the delivery vehicles...
I'm not so sure about this since the Ford Accessories site uses images of those 3D printed items for the product. I really hope that they're not, since they don't look as clean.
Agreed. I would shop the car around at CarMax, Carvana, Vroom, and all of the other places. Then when you speak to the dealer see if they can match the highest offer. Due to how taxes are calculated, it might be more beneficial to go with the dealer depending on how much they're willing to...
I see youāre a fellow Clipper fan. Canāt wait to commute with our Mavericks to the new stadium in Inglewood. That driver is gonna be a killer, but at least weāll get good MPG.:)
Do you have the lux package on your build? If you donāt it would seem you have a better chance of getting scheduled.
Iām surprised the dealer is claiming you should get scheduled this week. Bold claim! Iām rooting for you.
Thatās discouraging. And another post brought up a good point about the way it tucks in. Iāve got awhile before Iāll get the truck. Maybe Peragon will want our business and/or make a model that works by the time Iām shopping around. Otherwise I can go with Bak or another company.
I can totally wait for the truck that I want, especially if I'm ordering it to my exact specs. People switching engines just to get the Maverick faster might regret it later.
It's just annoying seeing people reserve Ecoboosts in September and get scheduled a week later.
That doesnāt sound worse to me. At least itās been scheduled and built and I donāt have to hear about another Ecoboost with a lux package being built over my hybrid lol. Iād gladly wait for the ok to sell.
Yesterday I talked to the manager who does internet orders at my dealership. He said there isn't really a difference between 10 and 19, but he bumped my number to 10 cuz I'm such a nice guy. :)
I don't understand this line of thinking. Either way from now until the dealer lot you are still waiting the same amount of time for the truck to release. It just happens to be that people who order it get exactly the configuration they want. In fact, it's a longer wait to get it off the lot...
Seeing as how it's rare that hybrids with lux packages are getting scheduled, the optimist in me thinks that one of the coming weeks will have a crapload of hybrid lux models being built. Optimal efficiency.
