Such a great truck! The most fun to drive….only 600 miles now….but….flawless. Does everything well. I look for excuses…..to drive!

My anxiety quickly morphed into joy…first at the laying on of my eyes, and secondly, driving this truck. I love it.

One more thing…sidebar: Zoom in and note the Michelins. I was surprised at the quiet and ride comfort initially. I thought it might have been due to possible extra insulation and acoustic windshield glass on Lariat. But no…I think it’s the Michelins. Do all Mavericks come with them?

Being a non metallic, it’s odd that “Terrian” looks very different in different light…..also seems affected by what’s in proximity. If I’m parked next to a white vehicle, it looks very dark. If it’s near green landscape, it takes on that hue. I can see that “Terrain” is not a random whim color...

My 2024 Lariat came with front mats, only!

How’s about “Porsche Chalk” or…or….”Poorman’s Chalk” as the rename of “Terrain?” 😜

The 2023 Lariet which I ordered….and came in without the safety options plus adaptive cruise…was in the Area 51. i rejected the truck. It was my first choice….but in 2024, Area 51 went away. So, hence, the Terrain. Felt it was a real crap shoot for me, since I’d never seen it. Glad things worked...

So far….in any light, for me, my new truck in this “boutique“ color, has LBF (Look Back Factor)! Even at night (see below)!

Just home from dealership….Amazed at how nice this drives. Terrain color is different from the photos. Darker. Take note of the white vehicle close by. Not beige! Similar to chalk color on Cayenne! LOL

My 2024 Lariat Hybrid is on the train, arriving at my dealership very shortly. Lots of talk on various rattles from different locations. Ford’s had some time to fix these issues. Any idea if rattles/vibrations have been addressed for calendar year 2024? Yes, I know it’s a starter truck….but...

That’s really interesting….I suppose that their production leans heavily on color choice! Has anyone seen the “terrain” yet?
