It's looking like we're going to need at LEAST 56 different valid VINs with fully populated .ab files to cover each model and config of the maverick as far as I can tell. This does not include first editions, and doesn't include variations that can have the power tilt/slide moon roof.

I want to update this. Now that some Hybrid vins have been added, it looks like the hybrid engine code is '3' not a 'Z' as speculated from the 2021 VIN guide.
Right now is a great time to start this. VINs are readily available all over the internet on dealer stock sites, and you can also download all the window stickers you want. You don't even necessarily need a truck in hand to start gathering the information. You just need someone willing to test...

That's not wrong, but all production requires a ramp up period. Some of it is definitely constraints, but there have to be issues to work through on a new line. What did bronco sport start up numbers look like?
I think we have to understand what ford anticipated the sales numbers of each package and option to be before making assumptions about how far behind production is.
Did Ford intend for 40% of all vehicles sold to be hybrids? Great, then you're right on target for having what you need on hand...
The hybrid numbers are pretty good. 40% of total maverick production is allowed to be a hybrid. Lariat and XLT Lux package production numbers could be better.
Numbers are looking better and better for base and base hybrid owners.
Example, if the ford plant can do 15k mavericks in a month, then...
I had an '04 VW GTI with the 1.8T. I got a 3" DP into a 2.5" AWE exhaust, but I asked the local shop to install it without the center resonator. It was 3" catted DP >>2.5" straight pipe >> muffler. It sounded very boomy and would rattle the walls in the shops on start up when I'd take it to get...
