based on the Ship To info on them I would say the CONVOY sticker was used when it went off-site (probably for protective film and/or tonneau cover install?) and was shipped backed during the assembly? has probably been in production so long waiting for the tonneau cover.

It might be the same MPG rating but your 2010 Ranger had 143hp / 154 lb-ft torque with 1,580 lb tow capacity and the 2022 Maverick has 250hp / 227lb-ft torque and 4K max tow capacity. so i'd say that's how far they've come.

It won't limit it to 100 vehicles It will quit searching after 100 dealers, even if it only finds 30 vehicles. I found mine at a dealer that wasn't originally showing up in a 500 mile search because it wasn't ever getting to that dealer.

Be careful doing a 500 mile search, from my experience it won't show all the stock at all the dealers in that search area. It will run through the first 100 dealers, expanding outward, and stop searching/showing results regardless of how many vehicles it finds after it searches the first 100...
