I am correct that the dealer has to pay for price protection? I contacted the dealer and they could not tell me if I was price protected. Ford marketing could not answer my quesiton as well?
Santa came for Christmas and I got coal in my stocking. The Easter Bunny is coming and I am expecting rotten eggs. I am waiting for the tooth fairy but the dentist said I am too old. lol Live in hope and die in despair! lol
I would have complained about the 100 miles. My friend was at a dealership awhile back and they would not let him test drive one reserved for another customer. I guess it depends on the dealer.
Personally, I don't think they care. They screwed up with their marketing study on the Edsel and probably had no idea of the popularity of the Maverick?
Car dealers are becoming car 'stealers.' It is bad enough that I have to pay msrp plus a $799 doc fee. However, no one puts a gun to your head to buy ANYTHING! Sometimes capitalism sucks!
