    Yeah I am definitely going to change it on the "more frequent" side - cheap insurance. I'll probably do the oil changes myself, really just posting here to find out which local dealership service department(s) folks have been happy (or unhappy) with.

    AFAIK, it only shows up in SmartVincent (the Ford internal system). Your dealer or Customer Service (phone or chat) should be able to tell you what's there.

    I went out of state for multiple reasons. 3% off invoice, plus only $449 doc fees in PA (vs. almost $1k in VA), plus a dealer who was very open about their allocations, how many they had scheduled, etc.
