I honestly feel sorry for them, all they get to deal with is frustrated people literally all day long. It's certainly not the poor customer service rep's fault that our trucks haven't been scheduled, and I'm confident they'd much rather be giving us good news than bad. 🤷‍♂️

You're definitely not going to be the last, many of us 2021 orders have yet to even receive a build date. That being said, the last week they did any scheduling (week of 12/15/22), they were only scheduling for builds through the week of 2/20/23, so week of 3/6 seems like your salesperson might...

As expected, same thing they did last year, no scheduling until the second week of January. Not unusual for everyone to take a break for the holidays.

Of note, last year there was no scheduling the last two weeks of December as well as the first week of January. So in all likelihood, we probably won't see any new scheduling activity until the week of 6 Jan.

Definitely fair questions. I’m still wondering who (if anyone among the MY23s) got the 10s, as they gave all us rollovers Priority 11 back in September. I definitely recommend that everyone with an unscheduled hybrid Should switch to EB, so my hybrid can get scheduled. 😂😂😂 Kidding!
