The 91% is where the agm switched to float mode. Proof the battery learn procedure determined the agm and adjusted charge routine for it (ignoring the 80% setting that forescanners are changing). 😇

  3. towing software recall/update

The body shop, at least if it's a Ford Approved one, has to fix all codes under insurance expense. If they have to fix all codes those you did not have done then you will have to pay for them. Plus possibly tow charges to and from dealership if dealer cannot come to body shop for remote update.

Some of the bells&whistles will be missed when you get the xlt back......
  5. I thought the new H4 AGM batteries were not very powerful ( lower CCA’s) until I looked at my stock battery

I think my 2019-2020(?) toro super bronco 50 24hp kohler powered with 547.4 hours ran on up to 10% ethanol 87 octane is doing pretty good. Have replaced starter motor due to solenoid sticking resulting in armature shaft snapping. Changed fuel filter at about 500 hours. Put 1.5-2oz lucas fuel...

  12. P0402 - Required EGR Valve & Cooler Replacement

FYI I do not remember if it was on mine or someone who posted WO that while checking sensor readings tapping whether on or near what sensor is attached to resulted in fluctuating readings. If I remember correctly on mine the replaced part was 160-$175.
  13. Most of the time my hybrid works great, but….26.8 mpg is not good

The limit of the drive motor to Assist would be the max rpm of the armature (20k in 22-23's). Is the armature rpm in 25's with the new final ratio being different capable of assisting at its max speed? (Would max speed be related to limited range depending on drive motor planet gear # teeth)...
  14. Most of the time my hybrid works great, but….26.8 mpg is not good

Looking at his display maybe he is in standard driving 73mph most likely very seldom lifting foot of go pedal (never even coasting). My 2022 at 63-66+ mph will never see any electric miles only when coasting down. DFW TO ABQ is almost all 4 lane divided or interstate and uphill with prevailing...

If it cannot be fixed then dealer should buy it back.
  16. HYBRID 12V Battery Mystery SOLVED

In the fords (f250?) with 2 12v batteries perhaps the sensor is on the negative post. The primary pid may have been the one dropped and would not show as an additional pid. Who knows. If Aux 12v pid gets info updated from the 12v in truck everything is ok.
  17. CEL after over filling tank, anyone else?

FYI= U.S. Mint ceased production of the penny in November 2025, halting the manufacturing of new one-cent coins for circulation due to high production costs (\(3.69\) cents per penny) and low utility. Existing pennies remain legal tender, but the Federal Reserve has stopped distributing them...
