Hahaha even with the damage we all know the truck is still worth 30k to a dealer. I have Focus ST wheels to put on but tires are way to small and I’m planning on lowering the truck instead of making an overland build because well it’s honestly just a cheaper option to make a street truck over...
Thanks it’s going in to the body man in 2 weeks and should be a week to fix as well pretty good deal but yes very fortunate it wasn’t not worse because I’m pretty sure the traction control saved me. I hit the car with my back rear as seen in the pics and that is basically like pit maneuvering...
I work as a lube tech at mopar but drive a maverick and I just adopted their every 5000 miles just to make sure engines gonna be running smooth. Unless that’s too often I just started the job so just thought it was a good idea
Body shop quoted $1500 and they said only part they might need is the part that holds the clips but from me looking at it will need a new fender liner as well as one of the bottom screws was ripped out of it. Hopefully bumper doesn’t need to be replaced because I imagine getting replacement...
I hope my local dealership does that. I have it scheduled for may 24th. They have 1-3 techs for like main recalls and stuff like that very small dealership
software updates can be performed by the owner just need to be connected to Wi-Fi with the truck itself. I used my phone as a hotspot and just sat there with the truck on and waited. But this was an older update idk what version number.
Yeah that guy with 18 inch wheels is putting way more miles on his truck because of the smaller diameter making the odometer think it’s traveling farther and we’ll I have a pair of focus st wheels I’m throwing on Goodyear wrangler workhorse A/T in 245/60R18
You’re gonna have to explain it not just say a term and expect me to understand as far as I’m Caesar of turbos are just better in every way more air means more power more points of failure of more power and fuel efficiency in total if tuned correctly like all stock non performance eco boosts...
I have an idea but it’s kinda of crazy to swap the focus RS motor into the maverick which is prob gonna be what the ST or RS version of it will be anyways but I love that 2.3L EB sound.
