As of today I am at 459 days, no VIN yet on the scheduled rollover. I wonder how many Oct 2021 orders are still unfilled. Maybe I will get some good news today? Ha.
Maybe there is a chance for me too?! Oct 2021 order, contacted chat yesterday and here is their response:
" I see that your vehicle is: 2023 Maverick - In Order Processing - Unscheduled-Clean. Once you have your VIN from the dealer, you can start tracking your vehicle order at..."
Just did a chat with Ford, still no scheduled build or VIN on my 10/2021 hybrid rollover.
Silly me thought I might be getting a new truck in Jan/Feb 2022.
Ordered on 10/2021 and got rolled over.
no VIN,
no build date
no communication from Ford
Glad I didn't NEED a new vehicle right away but wow insane
...welcome to 2023.
It will probably be released right as my 2021 Maverick order is getting delivered. I'd be all over it though! I am waiting to see other auto makers jump on board with their hybrid models.
Wow 535 days?! Congrats, I agree on paper its already a year old vehicle which sucks in a normal market....but I guess you could turn around and get what you paid or more on the 'used' market, not that you would after that LONG LONG wait.
They make great stuff, installed their rock rails on my Jeep Cherokee and their rear bumper on a wrangler.
IF I ever get my maverick I wouldn't mind some added security for the cat.
I never thought it looked good at all but I've seen a few in person and they aren't bad! Today I saw a lifted one and it looked nice... Not this one, but thought I'd see was on the internet.
Lots of variables, agreed. I'll be the judge myself IF I ever get mine built lol been waiting since 10/2021. What's the old saying about idle hands? :D
Analyze the data as you will but found it interesting at least. The graph covers all Ford models, not just the Maverick.
