I agree I did not remove the hood prop I’m sure the struts no matter the brand will last forever although they don’t need to they just need to last until I order my next Maverick 🤪

Hood OpenIng height is probably the number one reason I went with the Redline Tuning struts they actually increase the opening height between 3” - 4” over the OEM hood prop.

Thank you Bill I was looking at getting my Maverick professionally ceramic coated when I first took delivery but it’s not a show truck so I opted for this much more affordable option costing just pennies per application and very easy I like the results 👍

Opening a vehicle’s driver’s door used to be a unconscious task, no longer is that the case I pay attention when exiting my Maverick to avoid frowning and mumbling under my breath when I realized my hand wasn’t positioned correctly 🤪

I’ve never flat towed my Maverick for 6 hours straight without taking a safety break for fuel or food in addition to that I have a charge line connected from my RV to the Maverick so it’s never been a concern for me. I interpret that statement for other reasons than charging the battery I assume...

In the owners manual of my past vehicles I documented things and events in the paper owners manual which stayed with the vehicle for future reference by me and the next owner 🤷🏼‍♂️

I do like the dry vehicle application. I grab my Makita Battery operated leaf blower and the Maverick is dry in minutes…

Did they provide you with a printed or electronic PDF owner’s manual they would have loved that request…

If I were buying a 2026 Maverick today I would make the dealership provide me with a full printed owners manual as a condition of purchasing the vehicle
