I don't think people should freak out about their LUX packages. The OP is good and something to consider. But also, the LUX constraints quoted are what they most recently reported. Current supplies/production happening now. Actually, back on the date the constraint list was published. So...
In all trims it is black from the factory. Never body colored. That top image is an error. So the two choices are default satin black plastic, or upgraded glossy platinum black appliques.
Yeah, I am affected by this recall too. But it states vehicle can be driven in the recall info. Vehicle hold unnecessary. Additionally, they are not anticipated to start rolling out the fix until approximately the 19th. That's too long to hold for something like this.
Yeah, what I recall from other Chapman related posts, buyers have two choices:
MSRP with Price Protection
Under Invoice honored, invoice price is tied to the actual invoice price at delivery
Chapman always labeled their deal 'under invoice', not X% under the best deal possible with...
I think this is this one from last October. One of the first Mavericks, probably the first one totaled:

Those are some beefy M/T tires. Deep Digger seems like an appropriate name. How much vibration and noise are you getting from them? How well are they fitting with the mods you have made?
Man, sure looks sharp! Awesome.
You will soon have phantom fame, too. I drove down to Portland today. I had to take my wife's minivan because of the number of people I needed to transport would not fit in my Maverick.
At one point crossing the Columbia River on the I-205, this guy in a Civic kept looking over at me. I was...
After they closed the order books for two months, all the rest of the orders should be done in date order, regardless of allocation.
Then you schedule the factory based on all the parts scheduled to be on hand every day, out as far as you have useful supply data. Every vehicle selected each...
Looks good with the accessories you have selected, and I like it. But you will always have detractors telling you in person that you are a poseur since it is not operational. It probably is what keeps me from doing it with my Maverick. I like it, I just don't want to hear it.
I got the same thing. I'm sure glad this is something that can be fixed with a "reprogram". Minor recall, all things considered. Glad it's not something they will hold our vehicle for if we come in for service.
I was thinking about how this is just not possible. And then I turned and dated a form on my desk. And then I realized how. The secret is in the date. You have to change the date in your Maverick for all this to work. ;)
I saw my first Alto Blue Maverick in person yesterday in Lacey. Around 6:30 PM at Carpenter and Pacific. It was turning left directly across from me where I was turning left.
I raised my arm and just about to waive vigorously at my new Maverick driving friend, when, I realized...
I was...
You have to go to the screen selection menu and select Trip 2 to be visible. To reset the values, scroll to the Trip screen you want to reset. Once there, hold down the OK button on your steering wheel until it resets. Usually takes about 3-4 seconds.
