that's a flawed argument. I've got a July 7 hybrid lux package order and I've seen plenty of people get their scheduled that ordered after me (October being the most recent). If what you say is true, then they've had parts for June/July hybrid orders for a while but keep passing them over
I agree its great they are exceeded production so far, but with the 40% hybrid constraint, how can they possible expect to fill all the MY22 hybrids before MY23 orders start going into the que. Heck, someone posted on reddit this morning they got an e-mail that they build e-mail from yesterday...
Of course the hybrid is constrained, i know that. but since it is constrained, why aren't they filling orders from June/July as a priority? Don't tell me it logistics, Chapman on the east coast gets 48 scheduled and scheduling is all over the US. if they were going to use logistics to determine...
So, essentially what I've been saying....most of us won't get our hybrids before they start taking orders (and probably building) MY23. Do you expect hybrid MY22 delieveries to continue into 2022, let's say December 2022? I'd say yes, based on what you say above. If they are bulding whatever...
You think that would make sense logistically and parts wise, but there's no way Ford would be that smart. For them, it's "let use our unicorn method" and see what happens.
Not dinging him at all-good for him to find an Ecoboost. Turns out that was pretty crappy of Ford to build stock Ecoboosts before customer orders though.
Ford big whigs don't care about us; they only want to please large dealers to make the most $. You'd think Ford would have someone watching this forum, but doubtful.
July 7 Iowa order here. Nada. beginning to look like a good early 202 xmas present at this pace. I bet we all don't get scheduled before Ford screws us and starts taking orders and building MY 23
The MAverick for Argentina and Brazil is built at the same plant and share the same lines. it's available in Argentina and will be available in Brazil next month. How can you not agree that some of January scheduling will be meant for those markets? since demand exceeded expectations...
