Wanted to go stubby, found this little one on Amazon with color accents that match my truck! So far no signal loss. Amazon.com: Augeny Car Short Antenna, 1.37" Carbon Fiber Antenna Replacement with Aluminum Screw, Mini Aerial Auto Stubby Antenna, Universal Vehicle Accessories for AM/FM Radio...
Iām still waiting for the part. The first company finally emailed me saying it was unavailable.
Broadway Truck has one being delivered Monday 7/1/24. Itās taking a while.
They definitely finish the look. I have EXACTLY the same gaps on the rear, passenger side larger like yours. For the moment Iām not planning on any fix.
Okidoki! Thanks to some detailed info from onemuir, I forged ahead with my Mabett fender flair installation. I wasn't sure what drilling they'd done. Asked and received a PM explaining. Attaching a few pics from the right (passenger side) install.
Chose right side F& R as first ones, they were...
Read 48 too. Will be trying this today or tomorrow, hope itās for the reminder, not just audio. Getting very tired of having to hit OK EVERY time I drive. And I always fasten my SB every time before starting.
Not sure if this controls just the audible warning, the Display warning , which is...
Just a note, do you have an Echo Park pre owned vehicle dealer close? When I was getting ready for my Maverick delivery I wanted to sell my 2017 Silverado, with 76,000 miles. Carvana & Carmax offered $20,500. Echo Park gave me $23,500.
The nearly exact message showed up on mine too.
Difference is, my Mav is 15 days old with 320 total miles. And my oil life says 100%.
Service link is dead, but I donāt have a preferred service center selected.
Iāve been considering an oil change at 1,000 miles, but this must be a glitch.
I've had my 2024 Maverick Hybrid for a wopping 15 days now. Just received this letter from my dealer:

We often receive requests for pre-owned vehicle models similar to yours. According to our records, it appears you have approximately 0 payments...
I did get mine, installing today, if I get that rough edge sanded down on all 4 pieces.
What did you guys get in the box? Mine was the 4 pieces individually wrapped & labeled, one tool, a bag of 20 plastic retainers & a one page instruction sheet?
Been wondering if the way these are trickling...
After hitting many online parts ordering sites, I chose Auto Nation Parts (.com) because they had the most reasonable shipping to N. California.
Part: $20.26
Shipping: $4.88
Tax: $1.47
Total: $26.61
Pretty much all the other places wanted > $11.00 just for shipping. Part price was within $1...
Great very much appreciated. I see the post it attaches to in my truck too. Time to get one ordered. Absolutely no desire to even broach the subject with my dealer/service dept. But I will send pics to my salesman for his edification!
Interesting, very, thread. Only had my 2024 hybrid for 7 days now, had NO IDEA it was switching back to Normal on each and every start! WTF
Haven't decided on this module yet, but at least now I know to manually change to ECO or Slippery every time I jump in!
Just checked my 2024 Lariat hybrid, built 5/8/2024, it does not have the part either.
Sounds like a hassle to get a dealer to āfixā.
I've been googling that part number - LJ6Z-7806200-A and while it mostly comes up with 'glove box support', it also says does not fit a 2024 Maverick?
From...
No, foot definitely on the brake. Read some other threads about being on a slope possibly causing the locking dogs in the transmission, also having the steering wheel locked. It may be possible that I was backed into my garage that has a step up and the rear wheels may have been pressed up...
Went out to garage, 7 day old, 230 miles. Pushed start button, looked like normal, but could not turn the gear shift out of park. Noticed a little red battery light in upper left of the screen.
Couldn't get it to go. Went inside for a minute. Called my salesman, back outside and tried again...
Whatever, doesnāt change the math. Simple fact, simple math. Paid $40 received in turn $14.99.
Ford in the form of Ford or dealership pocketed $25.01
There arenāt any other mitigating facts.
Period
No youāre missing my point. The lock was left in the glove box, not installed.
I installed it myself AFTER I got the truck home. The dealer did ZIP.
So my math is correct. I paid $40 and received $14.99 of value.
Mostly Iād like to warn others itās a waste of $$s to order it with a vehicle...
