They probably left the original order and changed the priority code to something better. That way the truck you didn't want was more likely to be built and they can make the benjamins.

I would suggest reaching out to your congressperson. They will probably be in a position to publicly shame Ford for not being accommodating. Ford always pushes their proud to serve stuff. If Ford gets the wrong publicity especially concerning on our service members, they should backtrack...

Actually the hardware kit contains the DIBL kit contains the screws with the L brackets. That's what the parts guy told me. It should contain plastic "cups" for the DIBL
