for me e85 is 3.49 premium is 5.99 so using premium and e15 together saves me around 5$ at the pump

it doesn’t preform any differently other than saving 6$ off just buying 91

i went to a pump and mixed using an e85 calculator to get e15 2gals e54 and 15 gals of good old 91 octane just to see how it would affect my vehicle! so far so good, hopefully once i get a cobb accessport i can run e54 by itself!

from what i understand you should change your oil more often, expect louder turbo noise entering the cabin the biggest thing i notice is much faster throttle response

The absolute most challenging part was the bypass air vent thing on the back of the intake tube

so I’ve been driving with the cold air intake for about a week and I noticed that my truck seems way more responsive, especially from a stop, and the turbo noises are a lot louder so far I love it

UPDATE i went into the ACM with forscan and using the “flat eq” setting it significantly reduces the volume of the chime! good enough for me considering i also have aftermarket speakers

is there away to change the the chimes using forscan door chime just that basic DO do DO is getting annoying

if you have access to forscan try setting the rear speaker type to tweeter/subwoofer it should make it make sound back there

2023 XLT fx4 LUX i’m curious if they have built in bass reduction in the speaker itself or the factory eq or both

just did this method on my XLT fx4 mav and it looks so so much better, did a comparison with the lights kept my halogen bulbs still looks just as bright as if i never did it at all
