I have a similar sound in my Hybrid that just started a couple of weeks ago. Intermittent, five seconds of groan/howl/moan and today I put a Carly on it and it threw a P0087 Fuel Rail Low Pressure issue. Going in next week, 11,500 miles on this 2025 Lariat. First issue EVER...
My first 2025 Lariat Hybrid oil change had semi on the paperwork and 0/20 on the window sticker. The service guy argued that semi is what is required however the service manager assured me it is full synthetic and offered to drain the oil and let me watch them put full synthetic in. I accepted...
It is more a factor of people who shouldn’t be driving. Three years ago I had a brand new ram 1500 and got rear ended at a stop sign by a person who just left their optometrist after having their eyes dilated. That is not the story.she told the police officer. Three days later I started...
Do what floats your boat and do not worry about what others say or think. It never occurred to me that I should do what others say. When I traded in my RAM the dealer removed all vinyl I put on it. No heartburn here, it’s their truck now. Vinyl comes vinyl goes. Enjoy your truck.
Since the DNR is responsible for wildlife management, a few years ago a Wisconsin State Assemblyman introduced a bill to require the DNR to pay deer hit deductibles...didn't go very far. Seems only fair, however one should never ask one's wife...is this your fourth or fifth deer hit? :lipssealed:
Sorry to be so dense, as in not smoked, but maybe I missed how these turn signals and rear brake lights differentiate between the amber verticals and the red brake light? I like the style, but not if I still have separate wiring to install. Please clear it up for me (and others?).
Not sure I want IOS 26 but Apple has never offered it either on my 15 Pro. 🤷♂️
No issues with graininess but Carplay and Ford Premium Connectivity always seem to be at war with each other in my 25 Lariat.
The OEM roll up cover is a problem as it leaks water at the corners as reported in other posts so I needed something that would not trap water. The spikes are down the smooth surface is up so while not cushy it allows items to slide across smoothly including my knees.
I’ve been following threads looking for a bed mat that would not trap water between the box and the mat. After replacing my computer chair mat and hauling the old one out to the garage, it dawned on me that those tiny carpet grippers on the chair mat could raise it up above the bed yet allow air...
This is way too funny. The reason I had to give up my 2023 RAM 1500 was because my wife would not drive that as "too big", now I can't get her to travel in anything but the Maverick. I miss the space of the RAM, but parking is easier, fits in the garage better, and rides nice and is quiet...
I had hoped that this post was about the overheating issue. Not only does my phone slide around and lose the charger but when it is charging, it goes into overheat mode. Ford needs to fix this.
This is the fastest I’ve accumulated miles in any vehicle. Possibly because of the ride and no issues, dare I say none and not jinxing it? Well then there is this…🙂
18.6 works and streaming no longer hiccups BUT CarPlay reverted back to streaming Sirius audio from the iPhone rather than using the Maverick Sirius app and antennae the way I set it up.
Streaming this way doesn’t give us live programming and pancakes the iPhone battery as the passive charger...
Do what gives you peace of mind. Got my first hybrid oil change at 4,500 miles and from this point onward it will be 5,000 miles regardless of how it was driven. Simpler for me to keep track of all vehicles if the change is in increments of five. 🤷♂️
