trust me i argued strongly and have been a big pain in the service managers side during all of this. I told him about the SSM and what the update addressed, he had no idea. I had the update done so that they couldnt use that against me next time the battery fails!

I had my SSM AC software update done yesterday. It was there about 2 1/2 hrs not sure how long they were actually working on. I wasnt going to have it done until i was sure they had figured out all the bugs and had more feedback from MTC members on their experience but my warranty is up next...
