Priority Code 99 means the build is on hold until reviewed and changed to a lower code. Dealers can assign priority codes 10-19, the lower the number being higher priority.

As far as we know, as long as they change it to anything other than a 99 Ford should see it as ready and pick it up for scheduling.

They schedule on Thursday right? I think the end of this month is the deadline to update orders so that jives since Thursday is the 1st.

Successful at my dealer as well. Got all options updated, verified everything else and priority changed to 11. Also had him log in and check that our private offer was showing and it was. Come on Ford, your turn to make this happen!

No, they CAN make changes without your authorization. There are posts here that describe dealers removing options from 22 builds in order to get them built, without consent from the customer. If you don't want them to make changes then you should really get in contact with them and let them know.

I wonder if there is a part number stamped anywhere visible on the tank. I'd crawl under mine and look you know... if I had one.

Or just run it down to the same level and fill it up at a different station.

I have seen other reports here of hybrids taking over 16 gallons. I'm suspecting they installed the incorrect tank in some vehicles.

With your order code and sales code Ford support chat should be able to look up your order and at least tell you if it exists or not.
