Utilizing Smart Vincent the dealer can select whichever is more advantageous for the customer. They can toggle between time of order and purchase date, but you can’t mix n match (ie pick promo Apr from order and rebate from purchase date).

While I agree that the package is worth the price if you planned on blacking out the truck, you have to net out the value of the standard XLT/Lariat items

Tim, @fordvideoguy, do you know if the seats in the XLT Tremor & black appearance will just be embroidered XL seats or if they’ll have a new seat design for both packages? So far we’ve only seen the Lariat Tremor interior.
