I am not sure could be a benefit for the later orders since they have so many orders from early on their allocation will be high.
They had 400+ orders as of sept 10th when the very first message in this thread was edited with the deal closing.
Hybrid will still get better MPG even on the highway. But it will get nearly double the MPG around town vs the ecoboost. If you get the ecoboost I would go for the AWD without the 4k package.
Without question the hybrid will be the more reliable drivetrain. Its nearly identical to the Prius and...
I am guessing a lot more did as not everyone who ordered from chapman is on this forum.
What I am wondering is how many june/july orders does chapman still have that are not scheduled
What?
Why would they do that? The reason for the maverick is to fill the EPA mileage fuel average for the brand and to do that they needed big MPG numbers for base model vehicles. They no longer make cars besides the mustang which means its all big suvs and trucks. CAFE standards are a thing and...
I am guessing the admins here don't want dealers spamming the hell out if the forums with XYZ deals ect.
BTW all retail orders are to be filled before dealer stock orders are filled. It's how the priority code system works Chapman has everyone who ordered on a 10 code which is the fastest...
Sold out here means the 2022 model year will not be available for purchase after that Nov date. The reason is they have a full year's worth of production already sold.
Summer of 2022 will open up orders for the 2023 model year.
Reddit has a much much larger sample base of orders. It was over 60 percent hybrid but since Ford is producing more EB trucks people are switching to that in hopes of getting one quicker so the ratio has changed.
But believe whatever you want. Multiple dealers have told multiple people that...
The plant has a production capacity of 300,000 vehicles. Which both the bronco sport and maverick are built at. Assuming maverick will get 50 percent of that production(ford estimated up to 100k Mavericks a year so 1/3) we are looking at 150k a year. As of now 200,000+ Mavericks have been...
I would wager if someone ordered a hybrid today they won't get it until next September or October. They are not delayed per se rather they have sold so many they have nearly a year of production worth already sold
Fords official website still says "Power Tilt/Slide Moon Roof"
Edit found part of it in this video
37:55 someone said they confirmed it does tilt. It should be the same part as the bronco sport which does tilt

Bronco Sport Moonroof
It's the same basic design as the prius(early firs hybrids used aisin eCVT units even) There is five on my local Craigslist right now with over 500k miles on them one has 775k miles. The hybrid will be more reliable vs the ecoboost as far as the power train is concerned. This is not to say...
Toss up between the Tundra and the Maverick in my opinion. I think they will pick the Lucid Air for the car and the Bronco for the SUV
Here are the past truck of the year winners. The vast majority are full size trucks and some of them turned out to be terrible.

FWD Hybrid
Why?
I dont offroad, it never snows here and 40+ mpg city. It will be a great daily driver.
Would I have gotten AWD if it was an option on the hybrid? Maybe if it also increased the tow rating to 3,500-4,000 or so. If not I would stick with the FWD
