    Once you change tire diameter, you can't rely on that anymore unless you have a tuner that allows you to adjust your programed tire size. You drove further than the computer realized, meaning your estimate was based on flawed data. Harder to tell with a hybrid, but I wouldn't expect a 7 mpg...
