I'm guessing it doesn't, given the need to create one for a new model year; I'm just asking to confirm. I like the look of the previous iteration more, and was curious if it would fit.
I may go with Goodwins for this exact reason. The only reason I was considering the Eibachs is because the rear sits slightly lower for an almost completely leveled look. The Goodwins are only 0.3" higher in the rear, so an extremely minimal rake might be a compromise I have to make.

Looks great. Do you happen to have pictures of the truck on the 235/65/18's? That's the exact fitment I'm going for, and I've only been able to find one mav with them so far.
I think it's a good balance between aesthetics and function. Have you noticed any rubbing at all with that size on Eibachs?
Looks good. It'll definitely be something to get used to. The lower stance is why I decided not to go with low-profile tires. I'll probably run 235/65/18's.
