I went with the Diamondback SE, I really like it but I was never able to get it as water tight as I hoped but I still have two areas I am going to put some sealing tape which I feel will get it to 90% of where I wanted it to be. Even now its dry enough that I can put sensitive cargo in it...
I've done it a lot in the past, it works great and is easy to control. The touch up paint has a tool on it to clean up the surface but its way too wide for most applications.
I got several rock chips in my paint over the winter, it really upset me but luckily all but one were only down to the primer, I didn't bother touching them up because the primer is a lighter shade of grey and they were tiny so I felt the touch up paint would bring more attention to them...
I mostly use SiriusXM satellite radio and YouTube for my music needs but I would love to see a photo of how it looks mounted in the interior of your Maverick.
Yes but regardless of the brand, transmission failures do happen at lower mileages occasionally, overall transmission failures don't seem common with this Ford transmission and that's what counts. Also, as others have mentioned here, the owner did not keep up with the required service while...
I think that's quite reliable for a vehicle with 200,000 miles, the transmission failure is pricey but if that's the only expensive thing to go in that time, still not bad.
I'm still choosing the EcoBoost, I wish the highway fuel economy was a bit better, best I ever really got was around 23.5 MPG over a whole tank but I would have been upset to lose the power to chose the Hybrid. I still feel as a mostly highway driving person, the hybrid wouldn't have impressed...
After all this time, I would still chose the Tremor. I still feel the price is a bit high for it to be lacking certain features (Rain sensing wipers, auto dim mirrors exterior/interior, built in garage door opener and power passenger seat) and I wish it was a little easier to get good highway...
That's what gives me pause, I wish I selected to have the bike rail connections added to mine when I ordered it, I am afraid of getting the drill points wrong or having leaks where I drilled, I am sure the hardware comes with gaskets to prevent leaks.
I was thinking of getting the bike rack for mine, how was the install? Mine only has the tie down cleats. I am hesitant as I believe you have to drill the cover to attach the bike rack mount.
True but thankfully most of the time, I am not in areas where this is a major concern or I am not away from the truck long, if I go into NYC for example I take my Fusion as its smaller/lower profile than my Maverick. However, with the locks on the hatch and the tailgate lock, I think they'd have...
Yup, not to mention it also probably lacks lacks the auto dimming interior/exterior mirrors plus the garage door opener like our Mavericks. I was looking to swoop on an Escape for when my Fusion kicks the bucket, at least they should be available for certified pre-owned purchase for another 2-3...
I have been rocking it for almost a year, its very secure. I am still getting some drips at the bulkhead which I am going to attempt to seal again when it gets warmer but the way bed is the little water doesn't get into the items I am carrying. My biggest gripe with it now that I drove it...
That may be the case but the Bronco Sport still lacks features the Escape had on higher trims, such as the power liftgate, air conditioned seats and if memory serves, the Bronco Sport doesn't have a hybrid option.
