I got confirmation from Ford that they have the order! I was more curious about what the "exciting information" was! I do know that I ordered a lot of constraints which I understand that'd cause delays. Trying to get information from my dealer or Ford is like pulling teeth it seems.

I could be wrong here, but I've read that if you go through Ford Credit, Ford will audit the requested amount and compare it to MSRP throwing a red flag up about the dealership. I know it'll be more steps but it could help!

The only extra I had added was the clear protection film. No 360, no lux and no other add ons. I'd say yes it's probably considered a smaller dealership.

You're correct, I fixed it in the post caught up in it being April tomorrow, none the less, I'm still going on 9 months with no word for anyone

I ordered a XLT Hybrid with the only addition being the CPF. No 360, nothing. Ordered the 21st of June 2021....Still nothing from Ford or the dealership. 😮‍💨
