Thank you! It is not a scratch, yeah not holding my breath, will swing it by to see if it can be covered, got nothing to lose and carbon fibre tape to make a door sill if they don't
Well then it's a deep scratch,so deep I can hide money in it! A warning be careful stepping on that plastic I guess, it has been below zero not long ago and had friends in the back. I will for grins see if it t can be covered under warranty, if not I have some nice carbon fibre tape will cover...
Opened back door today and looking down, I saw this crack. Not sure how it happened. It has been cold and I'm have not had anyone in the back for awhile. Next question covered under warranty? looks like a scratch in photo but it is a break
I think you may have a point on waiting. let ford get a few more of these under their belt and come up with the correct fix. That is as long as it is not a problem driving it or if it gets worse!
Had something like that on my 2020 jeep gladiator. That problem is with how they painted on aluminum. Jeep is going to repaint it and I don't think it will affect resale. I don't think the bed is aluminum on Maverick
things I've learned on this forum, most accidents turn into being totaled. maybe because of the uni-body. Biggest fear is having that happen and will not be able to get another maverick for awhile or ever due to my financial situation as I am close to retirement
yeah amazon makes it easy to return. both at same time a lot of money up front. there is a kit for about $150 that covers a lot of the interior that I am checking out
Hey Wiscasset! my daughter lives there. my son in law Nick Hinkley races at the speedway. I come up from time to time. so be on the look out for the cyber orange mav!
I am putting Tonka on mine as well, my grandson will love it. just waiting for the warmer weather. Will put it about the same area. I have another decal I am planning to put with it as well
lucky enough to have a Jeep Gladiator, so took that out in the snow today. I have only had my front wheel drive hybrid a week and didn't want to risk some fool sliding into me! I have had mostly front wheel drive cars and know the limitations. it did do good getting out of my driveway so i could...
just got it on amazon for the $28 dollar price. after using my points and free shipping, cost me a $1.83. installed it in about 20 minutes, 15 of that scouting out the torx bit and allen bit!
absolutely must have for the tail gate. so nice that it doesn't want to slam down when opening.
I have the XLT with regular radio and I thankfully think it sounds just fine. maybe because I am 63 and my hearing is not as sharp! I just did a trip of about 350 miles around Maine and average of 39.1 mpg with alot of highway around 75 mph.
finally got my Hybrid Maverick a few days ago and luckily it has been what I had hoped it would be. I do agree about the seats. I am 6 foot 250lbs and after a drive of about 175 miles , felt like i was sunk down into the seat. not terrible but not as comfortable as the RAV4 I traded in...
I test Drove an eco boost for about 5 minutes and did not buy it still wanting a hybrid. I was looking on line and found a used Hybrid 158 miles away from me with under 8k miles marked up of course. Between coming down a bit on mark up and dealer giving more for my hybrid Rav4 trade, I drove it...
