I did a spray-in bedliner, tonneau cover, and hood protector right after delivery. All weather floor mats just arrived and I'm looking at tailgate lettering. Probably will get the tailgate assist soon, too.

True there will always be someone who can't make it, but I thought it might have been a little too short notice in this case since 3 of 7 had other plans. And I have good flexibility on Saturdays because my wife is always at work. :)

It varies by dealership. Mine didn't require a deposit. Some do. Some deposits are nonrefundable, which I would not accept. Dealers welcome customers that walk away because they can mark the trucks up to sell on the lot.

Well that's two with conflicts right off the bat. If this continues I'll consider changing the date.

I just ordered a set of these from autoanything.

I wish the dial was on the dash to avoid looking down to find it. Most console auto shift levers I can see in my peripheral vision while looking ahead and grab them without looking down.
