  1. Coming up on First oil change...dealer wants..what? over $200..

That’s good to know for anyone else in your area. Perhaps look at Salem? But like someone else here suggested ask Kendall’s service manager why they’re charging 3x what others are. Doubt that will change anything but you never know. Worth a shot so you don’t have to drive an hour out of town...
  2. Coming up on First oil change...dealer wants..what? over $200..

Seems to be a consensus here, your dealer/service center is charging too much. I’d suggest going somewhere else and letting any locals on this forum know who they should be avoiding
  3. Vin number scrapped?

He could run a VIN check to see if it’s registered. If so, dealer lied.
  4. $39k XL hybrid at Earndardt Ford Chandler AZ

Might be a bit harsh. Maybe just don’t buy from them.
  5. Coming up on First oil change...dealer wants..what? over $200..

ha, can you imagine waiting 5 mins every time you want to go somewhere and another 5 mins before getting out of your vehicle once you get there?
  6. Does 2024 maverick still turn "auto stop/start" back on?

ASS Eliminator sounds like a high intensity workout program
  7. 2024 Tremor custom order wait time

I ordered a Lariat Tremor 10/24/23. Dealer was expecting it to be built in December but nothing is confirmed. He was also expecting a confirmation last week. But crickets. So I have no idea.
  8. Ford ESP Plans comparison in easy to read format (attached here)

Or buy two, then you always have a backup if there are any problems. Plenty of options if money is no concern to you.
  9. 2025 Ford Maverick Refresh / Facelift?

I agree that was probably their intent. The weird cubby next to the screen definitely makes it feel like a larger screen was intended to be there but a last minute decision was made to put a smaller one in. If that cubby weren’t there I probably wouldn’t focus on the size of the screen. All...
  10. What do YOU think the 2025 Maverick facelift will look like?

I think you hit the nail on the head there. Ford can’t lose focus on what made this such a successful selling vehicle. The price. Keeping it basic, limiting the bells and whistles are a much easier way to keep the costs down and production running fast. Better option than compromising anything...
  11. 2025 Ford Maverick Refresh / Facelift?

True, the demand may not be there to justify developing an extended box. The other two are easy changes for Ford to make to address the common complaints heard here and elsewhere.
  12. 2025 Ford Maverick Refresh / Facelift?

my vote: 1. Larger screen, lose the useless cubby 2. Option for a larger bed. 3. Ditch the bluish interor
  13. Hemet Gosch has five on the lot

Oh my Gosch, what a mark up
  14. How about a $20000 markup?

That’s was fast. Wish you were in charge of the build list too.
  15. How about a $20000 markup?

Some good points there. This makes sense if they don’t want people wasting their time kicking tires and burning mileage unnecessarily when they’re going to sell it anyways. From the sounds of it there’s a waiting list so why even bother posting it in the first place? Maybe to drive up the...
  16. How about a $20000 markup?

Ha “changing the narrative”, what are are we in court here Counsellor? Ok then, may I direct the jurors to review my prior statements? First I pointed out that this posting for a used 2023 has an asking price substantially higher than a new 2024 with more options. It was a simple point and a...
  17. How about a $20000 markup?

In the Toronto area there are plenty of options for used Mavs with the same package for thousands less than this one
  18. How about a $20000 markup?

considering that you can get all of that plus much more and have it on a newer year for less and get it new rather than “used”, then yes, its high.
