I can only share my experience, it sounded great but my problems came down to What Ford wanted to help with and the dealer communicating with me.....and then Ford Customer service closed my file.........sad customer service for me......You may be treated differently
FYI The Ford rep for me was great at spewing information but did nothing to follow up......i am still waiting to get issues looked at including the infotainment system.
So I took the Hybrid in for an oil change and noticed today that the mileage to and from the office was significantly lower than it has been! I usually average 42-44 mpg. Today I was lucky if I got 37, same commute, mileage, route and all. Anyone else notice this after service with Ford Dealers?
I absolutely agree with you. Got a ton of issues, the Ford Rep reached out on here and gave me a case number in MAY 2023. I called set everything up including a warranty loaner and get there.....no car ready.....they would call me when a loaner came in. Never happened. I took a day off from work...
