    Assuming you mean the slots in the bed of the truck where you can add 2x4s to divide up the truck bed? I think there are a few aftermarket products but not sure if there is a rubber boot for a 2x4. Maybe an bicycle tire tube?

    Is it a I’m assuming you mean you tried an Allen wrench, which probably won’t work. You need to use a Starpoint socket. I believe a 45. I got this set at Harbor Freight tools. The tailgate assist should have full instructions.

    So two things we need to consider here: One, you can get a bed extender and two, didn’t you know how big the bed was before you bought the truck?

    Exactly. That’s what my dealer did. I declined everything. They tried to sell me service package that was more twice as expensive than the service package I can get directly through Ford.
