Hopefully they do some scheduling for the maverick next week so we can see some movement on the order list. It will get more exciting to read these posts as people start getting production scheduling emails from Ford.
Maybe @Granger Ford could come up with a price if there is enough interest to add the cruise control buttons before we pick up the trucks from them. I'm interested and don't really wanna take out the air bag and mess with forscan myself. Not really sure that Ford would let Granger change...
If you have a VIN, you are scheduled for production and have already been picked for an allocation. Which is why they are a non factor with the waiting line.
Don't think there is any guarantee they take the first 58 on the list due to constraints. Was posted previously someone between 170-180 on the list was scheduled for a build.
Ordered just before midnight on Jan 24, completed paperwork with Granger on the 25th and got my confirmation from Ford on the 26th. I'm around number 210 if all the last allocations got picked for Vins.
I'm around 210 on the list, was hoping they would pass up others for my less constrained XL AWD 4k. I won't be very upset if mines gets rolled to 2023 as long as the price stays the same. Wonder if he got Granger to change his priority number...
Basically price protected the people that ordered 2021s and didn't get them, gave 2021 MSRP on 2022s via a certificate issued to the dealer. Correct me if I'm wrong. It's in the link I believe...
Sucks the extra 3000 off will probably be only worth 2000 when Ford raises the prices for 2023s though, unless they give an extra incentive like they did for carry over bronco orders. Still will probably be the best deal out there unless the economy goes off the cliff.
No front plate is right up there with junk hanging from your review mirror for an officers reasonable suspicion to pull you over. Hope you didn't have a beer or two at that point.
Hopefully she was just talking about the half dozen that were supposed to get vins this week. Ford said they are going to build the majority of orders for 2022. I would guess Ganger will be receiving lots of Mavericks September, October and November. I'll wait for Zach to chime in.
Looks pretty cheap to rent a car and drive down. Probably about 7.5 hrs with a few stops. Would need to grab a hotel room for the night. Still will be saving a bunch of cash if this deal pans out. I have owned all Chrysler products my whole life which I've had great luck with. 95 grand caravan...
