I'd take that email over the limbo that is a canceled vin on my 22.

That's fine but the problem is @Ford Motor Company isn't communicating with anyone very well. They have told us that VIN rollovers will be priority but anything but those trucks being built first is exactly not that.

@Ford Motor Company can you not see how many people you're pissing off with your lack of communication and lies about MY22 W/ VIN being prioritized but scheduling new MY23s first...or do you simply not care?

I just have to step away from this forum, seeing people with build dates already but being in absolute limbo is just driving me crazy.

I'm on build date like 12 at this point.

No we're now being pushed to January 9th. But that's my point. They've said that we would all be prioritized over new orders but apparently new orders are being scheduled very soon.

What happened to people with vins are going to get priority on rollovers?

Ford New Vehicle number. When I talked with Chat they said I was 22. Just got off the phone with my dealer and they said they will be "putting in my new order" Monday or Tuesday.

My MY22 has been canceled and is now a MY23 with no other info.

They are authorized to give a 1 time offer of a 100 dollar gift card.

You'll get your private offer regardless, but unless you have an order at another dealer you have nowhere else to use it. I'd placed a 23 order with Long McArthur because of not trusting my dealer so I have options.

Use Ford Chat or call new vehicle support and give them your information and they will tell you the same information we are getting.

Special offer yes, priority no it's locked to the vehicle, just like we can't change dealers.
