You need to update the Sync software. I tried the wifi approach with no luck. I downloaded it from Ford website onto a USB stick. Be patient when you install it. It took a minute to start the install. Everything will be back to normal.

The fitment looked better on the Ford website. Mine will be coming off when the temp drops so I can take advantage of the heated seats. Glad you got a discount as the retail price is a little high.
