I’m in the same situation. Why have your child spend money to rent a vehicle when there is a fully capable vehicle available at no cost. It’s not like she’s stealing it. It will come back. Flesh and blood. Many people do a lot to help their child.

Thanks to everyone for the insight. We just don’t get snow like we used to in MO. Hoping we don’t get a snow event on our trip to CO, but better to be prepared. Thanks again everyone.

Planning on going to Denver, Colorado for Christmas. Chains or some other means are required to avoid getting stuck in the snow. I don’t need chains where I am from. Does anyone have experience with chains vs Snow Socks? Are snow socks effective in meeting Colorado’s requirements?
