Dash cams are some of the cheapest insurance you can buy. All my cars had/have them. Even ones that turn off after parking can sometimes have impact detection and will record if it senses an incident. My model (Nexar Beam) has a tiny internal battery for this purpose.

Just curious, have you done hand MPG calculations to confirm what the truck is claiming? The worst I've ever gotten is 23 mpg with mostly city driving, in the winter, in cold temps (under 15*F).

Yep I would assume the Wi-Fi radio and cell radio are separate in the truck.
