  1. Ford, why send this if it's not true?

They don’t send us anything in Canada… you guys have it better, and people still think it’s rough.
  2. Maverick Hybrid brake system grabbing and/or rough engagement at low speeds

It’s crazy to me that they can make other model hybrids and for some reason intentionally do something different enough on this truck that it causes problems. Brands like Toyota would perfect the hybrid regen and disc brake transition system and apply it across models consistently.
  3. Ford, why send this if it's not true?

October Order, can confirm zero comms.
  4. October Hybrid Orders United

Yeah I’m screwed for sure. XL with hitch floor mats, and 360 will bump me to a 2023 I’m sure at this point. I sold my Ridgeline trying to get a good price for it recently prior to gas prices spiking. Oh well, bus and bike it is.
  5. Maverick Lowered on 18" Konig Hypergram Wheels & Falken Pro G5 CSV Tires

That tire size fits perfectly on the rim, in my opinion, looks great! I don’t like lowered with too big of wheels and no sidewall, they don’t look sporty/ fun to drive. This got that perfect balance.
  6. October Hybrid Orders United

Same…. I think my copilot 360 on my XL is currently satisfying this.
  7. Episode 43: June Production Information plus Is It True That Ford Dealers Won't Deliver EVs?

I’ve waited since October, I kinda hope at this point it’s delayed longer to just get a 2023. Better resale value in the future I assume, maybe some of the hybrid kinks ironed out.
  8. Any Canadians with Hybrid build dates?

I just checked and Oct24 the 2023 models start getting built. So in theory yours would be built earlier and delivered in Nov, but I just think there’s zero way they could know that date, I’d take it with a grain of salt.
  9. Any Canadians with Hybrid build dates?

Won’t it be a 2023 model by then?
  10. Hybrid brakes

Has this been an issue on their other hybrids like the escape? Honestly will sort of suck, making passengers think you aren’t a good driver. They should be able to fix this with a software update I would think.
  11. Ford Emails in Canada

Lol!! As if companies don’t email us here… every day.
  12. October Hybrid Orders United

Oct 19, XL hybrid, floor mats, copilot360… still nothing. Called dealer last week, salesman said my priority code is 19 and he can’t do anything about it as everyone is in a cue and it wouldn’t be fair to the other customers. Honestly it’s been so long, starting to feel irritated for the first time.
  13. Maverick w/ black wrapped hood, mirror caps, 20" wheels

How do the 20ā€ wheels feel versus stock? Any mileage differences? Normally I don’t like going too big but these look great, same with the hood.
  14. Hybrid Orders Still Unscheduled

Canadian, Mid-Oct XL, Area 51 with trailer hitch, 360, and floor mats. Thinking of dropping the mats but nothing seems worth changing when you still see some people getting those items šŸ˜‚
  15. Ford Canada sucks.

Yeah the lack of communication is insane for something that’s 30,000$+, at minimum they should send us emails monthly saying we are still in the cue, so we don’t feel forgotten about. My dealer was disappointing as well, I felt like I was doing a Craigslist deal, I gave them my deposit and they...
  16. New Ford email: Co-Pilot36 package, XLT Luxury package, and Lariat Luxury package face strongest constraints

This is false. It is what you said, combined with a huge uptick in people buying consumer electronics with being at home all the time, plus automakers seeing an initial slowdown in sales (remember all the deals initially on cars and car financing?) and completely messing up their forecasting.
  17. New Ford email: Co-Pilot36 package, XLT Luxury package, and Lariat Luxury package face strongest constraints

This is so absurd, they need to sort it out! The pandemic has been going for 2+ years now, no more excuses.
  18. Welp, caved and sold my Ridgeline, let’s go Mav, please arrive soon!

Haha no kidding on the Canada… so cold and crappy again, maybe we were a little hopeful. I thought I would do the 40 min bike ride to work on Thursday, we will see. Nice scooter setup by the way, good to see the proper full face too!
  19. Test: fitting Costco cart load under Roll n Lock tonneau cover

Disregard, saw the reply earlier. I really like how the carpet worked with the cover- clean, slides nice, a little grip… I might save my money up.
