What is odd is that many of the constrained items can be readily be purchased at the dealership. How is it that the assembly lines don’t have the same access to restrained parts?

What is weird about the Maverick re-order (22MY to 23MY), is that after the ROVP/COVP process, an email acknowledgment was sent out by Ford. Why acknowledge an order if Ford is aware the dealer has very limited allocations? You would think that Ford would have this figured out.

Not only Ford but most car companies have supply chain issues. Part of the problem is the just in time manufacturing practices pushed by MBA schools.

Ordered my Maverick Lariat Lux Hybrid from Chapman on 11/6/2021 Reordered 9/16/22 added BAP and included options broken out of the 2021 Lux package I.e, remote start, spray in liner, bed rails, copilot 360 and CP assist. Essential same vehicle with added BAP.

I love these AMC 4WD wagons. Stellantis should reintroduce the concept. Subaru does well with their 4WD wagons.

I was wondering if fog lights would be offered n the 2023 MY. Looks like that they won’t be. But, one never knows.

I think they look ugly but good to prevent door dings. That’s why I want to see if I can paint them cactus green.

Curious. Has anyone ordered the Air Design satin black door moldings and had them painted the body color? I’m thinking about doing this once I get my truck.
