I have the dealership chasing down an answer for me. They are great at following up so I should have an answer soon. Although Tim’s answer was from a Ford engineer! I pray that he’s wrong. Or maybe it’s just the 4K towing pkg that makes it untowable? I’m just guessing now.

Actually the Escape hybrid AWD is flat towable (four wheels down). As the Maverick is on the same chassis I suspect it will be flat towable as well. But I haven’t heard definitely.
