If you haven't already, I would confirm that the dealer put in the '24 order with the same order number and last name as was on the '23 order, and that they completed the COVP.
I can't say for sure that the priority that the dealer sets doesn't matter, but Ford has said that the above needs to...
I seem to recall that someone thought that the low number scheduled last week might be because Ford doesn't want to issue VINs for '23s and then have to push them to '24s, like they did with the '22s.
On the other hand, they don't want to have slots in the schedule that aren't filled.
I'm...
Two of the three F150s that I've owned (all special ordered) were XLs. I've never had a hybrid though...
Most of the extra stuff you get when you step up to the next trim I don't want, let alone want to pay for.
I guess that's what I get for being a luddite.
Another chance to poke holes in my math skills/understanding of the problem...
According to the infor posted in this thread

there are ~22000 MY23 orders that will roll over to...
You are right, I don't know your particular situation, and I can't say that you are the problem. But there are a lot of comments like yours, "...and then I'll decide which one to sell". And yes, someone will buy it, but it won't be someone that is getting exactly what they wanted because they...
And this is one of the reasons that many of us are having a hard time getting our Mavericks built. A lot of people are ordering that aren't going to keep them.
My problem is, I want vanilla, but vanilla doesn't make the dealer as much money. That's why I've been ordering vehicles since my first new car (a '92 5.0 Mustang).
I don't want all of that extra stuff, but more and more you can't get a car without a lot of useless things even if you order it...
Another thing about math, those darn assumptions... I was assuming that those were the number produced at 17Jul, in other words, the USOB included scheduled but not yet produced, as well as not yet scheduled...
I admit that I'm pretty mathmatically challenged, but if they reduced the USOB number by ~5000 in the two weeks from 3Jul to 17Jul, and there are only ~24000 left, then it could be only 8-10 weeks until they're all built?
Like I said, math...
Yes I did. Even before I sent back the signed order confirmation. In fact, even before I got the form to sign... When I was at the dealer ~3:30 PDT, the system was down, but I guess it finally got sorted...
