Posting to follow thread. Order placed 7/8. XLT, Cactus Grey, no bells and whistles.

My sister has named all my cars I've ever owned (with me asking her to). There was Binky, then there was Rizzo, and then there was Ambrosia. I had to beat her to the punch this time. I had a custom license frame made before I told anyone I ordered my Maverick. My cactus gray will be named Goose.

Clown math time - 1 per minute x 60 minutes x 8 hours production per shift x 2 shifts per day = 940 cars per day. Gonna take a long time to clear the backlog, and thats under normal conditions

Seeing the orange accent on the XLT, I'm glad I went with Cactus Grey instead of Area 51. I feel like the color change won't be as jarring when you open the door to get in...

No. Wanted the spray in liner, but not the rest. Luxury package looked nice, but I wanted a moon roof and a few other add ons over it. When you says twins, did you order through Jordan Ford as well?

I think for a lot of people who are comfortable using a smartphone, 'cutting edge' tech becomes a bit redundant. Nice to have, but a bare bones vehicle can be made pretty smart with a dash phone mount and a Bluetooth transmitter. I wonder if that's what Ford was aiming for with the base model...
