OUCH!!!

I got the same email from Ford for the '22 Escape hybrid I ordered two months ago. Interesting, I did not get one for the Maverick hybrid I ordered back the 1st week of Sept. Not sure they will ever get their act together.

Maybe this information was posted previously (I did not read through all the posts on this tread) but I just ran into a neighbor who is a Ford retiree, and he told me that about six weeks ago he (and apparently many other Ford employees and retiree's) were given the choice to lease a hybrid...

Sorry, I ordered the same first week of sept and still crickets, so you will have a good wait - like me.

That point was made because the Bronco's are build on the same line. Guessing you knew that, but just making sure.

3 weeks? If you just ordered in oct, you will be waiting a lot longer than that. Patience will be a must.

Hello Neighbor, Yes, I believe most of the bugs will be worked out. They will not leave it up to the dealers to fix. A lot of times the newer vehicles will see retrofits/fixes at a facility like Roush Industries in Allen Park.

I'm in a similar boat. I ordered my Hybrid XLT on Sept 7. It was entered in as a code 10. I still have not received an email from Ford or any other information (almost 2 months now). I have the tonneau soft cover option. Is it possible that is what is holding me up?

Just received a note from the sales manager (to his team) from my dealership (Michigan) that states; "Maverick Hybrids are toing to be a long wait for getting built. They can build a gas engine much quicker. Again, let your customers know on the Hybrid that it will be over 3+ months to get one...

Body shop is where the bare metal gets assembled. Then it goes to Paint. Trim line, is where most of the interior trim and some of the ext trim components get assembled. This is typically a 2-3 day window. Last is final assembly where the remaining ext and some underhood and trunk components...
