Ive done it on my 2025.
It's been fine aside from doing the double honk randomly the other week when I got out to check the mail, so a weird fluke I guess.
Will forscan void the warranty? ... It's not supposed to, but we live in a world where corporations do their best to avoid costs...
Still, sometimes claiming to be technically right is worse than just being wrong.
They shouldve just told him from the beginning the price isnt locked, and then to try and gaslight him into thinking msrp is a great price.
I bought in may, i feel like I lucked out and caught the last of the deals (aside from getting one of the originals for $20k). Just under 39 out the door and plated for a hybrid awd lariat with 4k tow.
I would instantly buy a good led foglight kit for the 25+'s ... even just the buckets so we can add our own fog lights like the diode dynamic f2 elites
They look nice and I do like them, but im always worried about puncturing or slicing the pleather. I usually have a big carabiner with my airpods/keys/usb drives hanging off it and clipped to my belt loop, so id rather mangle some seat covers rather than the factory seats.

I got a set of these for the rear and amber for the front. I specifically bought them because they do not have a built in resistor since I was turning off hyperflash with forscan. Had them in for a few weeks... So far so good.
Aside...

Nice job! I'll be doing mine soon.
I also have one for sale if anyone wants it (I decided to go frameless but its way more expensive) and I'm trying to break even on this one ($80 shipped). I have a wiring harness made up and labeled and included... It's homelink v5, which is the latest...
