I don't know if I would say they have bad quality control. There are a couple of reasons that the adhesive might fail. Temperature is one. Constant hot/cold cycles can wipe out some adhesives.
I am going to ask for replacements and see how they stick. I will clean up the area with some alcohol...
AHHHH! Ok, I am going to run out and try that now. I can't remember if I had it set to AM or FM.
EDIT - That was it! FM HD Radio was switched off. Turned it on and there all of them were.
Thanks a bunch @Bigbw! It has been driving me nutz!
Right! So I did go to the menu selection like @Bigbw said and I turned it on. It says AM HD Radio, which I have never seen before like @Milwrdfan said.
How do I find out about the FM HD Radio which is all over our area?
Hmmm. Is there anything to look for on the screen on the 2025? I just get no indication it is even seeking or acquiring the signal. The Flex does show it.
So I like listening to the radio, and especially the HD stations.
I turned on the switch that says AM HD Radio, but for some reason I am not pulling in any HD radio signals.
My BMW and Flex both have HD radio and they work just fine.
I did drive into Seattle the other day where HD signals...
Thanks for those pics. I ordered up one of those covers and it helps to see the connectors up close.
@DaveCactusGrayXLTH , how do those clamps feel? They look like nylon reinforced ABS. Just wondering how tough they are.
This. They were just in the box and I haven't gotten around to gluing the back on.
Regarding the discoloration, must be a camera/lighting thing as the color is quite uniform.
The biggest issue is that WA state will not regulate the increases in any meaningful way. They will continue with a high gas tax and just increase the per mile charge as well. The fund all sorts of crazy stuff. There would be no guarantee that the funds would be only for roads. It will end up in...
The do fit well just the center connector over the hump sticks up a bit. Maybe 1/4" or so. Nothing major. I am going to remove it and re-align it to see if it fits better, but they fit pretty well back there already.
They do snap down, but I haven't been able to get them to snap down (I think) it is hard to tell. They line up just fine but it has been tough to get them to snap. Doesn't really matter much as they are super secure in place.
Hey all! I dropped in these Husky Weatherbeater Floor Mats in my new 2025 Hybrid AWD. Husky wasn't sure if they would fit or not but they fit fine. I did have to hit the edges with a heat gun to straighten them out a bit but that is normal for most of these.
I replaced the Ford all weather...
I installed the Husky Weatherbeater floor mats in my 2025. They fit will and I let Husky know as they weren't sure they would fit. The rear mat is all one piece unlike the factory mats.
I did order the factory mats but got a great deal on the Husky's so the factory mats will sit on the shelf in...
So here is link with some info on why hybrids get worst fuel economy when it is cold out - https://oards.com/hybrid-car-performance-in-cold-weather/
This explains a lot. Plus driving habits have a lot to do with it.
So I just picked up my 2025 Hybrid AWD and, according to the computer, I got 44mpg on the drive home. That was maybe 20 minutes in town and 40 on the freeway. Total of 50 miles give or take.
Temp was about 42 degrees and it was lightly raining. Tires show 38psi warm. Traffic on the freeway more...
