It comes down to each one of our personal preferences. Some still use the old 3000 miles or 3 months whichever comes first. Personally I like using the hour meter method. 60 mile is = to 1 hour.

Took my Maverick on it's first road trip yesterday, only about a 300 miles. Got 30.8 mpg running 75 and 80mph the entire way.
Loved the car like ride and after getting 19.7 on the same trip in my 2022 F150 FX4 with the 400hp 5.0, I'll take it.

mine is so sensitive it goes off with mu backpack in the passenger side rear seat. I went to Ford and picked up a seat belt extender (any Ford dealer and there are free), plugged it in and it stays in.
