This is bad advice. The motor is already weak and needs to be replaced. Do it while its under warranty and while you are not stuck on the side of the road due to motor failure. The motor change has been a documented fix concluding the motor itself is the issue.
This issue is not normal and has been diagnosed as bad wiper motor https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/xlt-hybrid-issue-with-windshield-wipers.13718/page-2

The issue with AGM is temperature. They dont like high heat or cold. That is why they moved batteries away from engine compartment.
But the relays only use mil amps to activate which is nothing to a car battery. The vehicle is likely programmed to have a AGM charging profile. This will extend...

You are unlikely to be far enough away form a dealer that you would have to use a third party shop. But this will all be decided by ford and there roadside assistant where the vehicle ends up.
I am not sure why people have to argue if this is a problem or not. If you don't have a issue then move on, no need to post. There are people that do have issues and don't need this tread cluttered with unhelpful post (like mine). Admin needs to clean this up.
