Who is the Ford contact that people have sometimes shared when an issue with their order or dealer arises?

Ordered in October. Is now April. I'm okay with being shifted to MY23 at this point. Who knows? Maybe there will be some new options I can splurge on. Wouldn't mind leather and a more expensive interior overall...

I have a hybrid lux xlt order in locally. Just those options but same color. But the AWD EcoBoost is something I waffled on until I couldn’t order it!

Yeah that was almost entirely the reason I wanted it as well. Not sure if I could find anyone to swap with when I finally do get my hybrid in!

It’s not really about getting it sooner to me. I waffled around on the drivetrain so much that they finally shut *those* orders down too. But I really would like an AWD truck.

See someone said the other day you can't change trim levels but can change drivetrain. I do need to watch that channel, haven't been able to so just watch Johnny's Car Care before bed.

Okay I've seen conflicting responses on this issue since making my original post about it. Does anyone know *for sure* if changing from hybrid to EcoBoost will affect my order negatively? Really wanting to switch to the AWD EcoBoost.

Mine was 10/23. Fully expecting to not have this vehicle until July if at all.

Now I just need everyone in front of me at Corwin to do the same and I can have my pick of the trucks :oops:

I'm not going to contact the dealer. I'm going to contact Ford. Wasn't there someone on Twitter who works for Ford that is accepting DM's for order issues? I can't remember exactly the context.
