Thanks for the update. Did you find water in the canister or is it leaking into the bed from the side of the canister? Is that where it’s missing the seal in the bulkhead? I’m about to buy the same cover but now have some reservations. Perhaps the missing seal is a one-off manufacture mistake...

@fordvideoguy I want to say thank you for all you’ve done for this community. My dealership was lost in this whole process so I sent them your YouTube video timestamped and got the private offer last week.

The dealer will need to contact their FORD inventory specialist. They should be able to sort this out with the inventory specialist to get everything to match. I believe this was the solution if you weren’t able to find you number. Perhaps this person can resolve the address conflict.

What did you ended up getting? I’m thinking about getting the gator mt as well. I think it’s a rebadged roll n lock A series XT.

Thanks for posting this! I just picked up my hybrid as well and was leaning towards the roll n lock A series xt. I might just pick the cheaper Gator MT. You’re right, they look the same down to the trims and even the details in the locking mechanism. It must be a rebadged version from RealTruck.

Yeah, they are expensive. The Chevy bolt is missing those options and comes in at 26k. Perhaps the maverick EV would be 35k-40k with a larger battery and heat pump. Ford did pull off the maverick so let’s see if they can do it with the EV.

I would totally trade in my maverick hybrid for a maverick EV. Ford should make it affordable and share the current parts like they did with the F150 lightning. Keep the same body style and interior with updated headlights/taillights. Maverick EV wish list: Keep it the same size 300+ miles...
